The Wizarding World of Harry Potter - Ministry of Magic, at Epic Universe, Orlando

Between 2021 - 2023, Propella worked on a major Harry Potter themed expansion of Universal Orlando theme park, Epic Universe (opened in May 2025). This was a huge project in which Studio MinaLima were invited to be an integral part of the design team. Propella worked closely with Universal Creative to first concept stories which expand on one of the world’s biggest film franchises and then apply these stories through a graphic language of 1920’s Parisian streets with a magical twist.

In every corner of this park layers of story has been created to excite visitors, from Fantastic Beasts 1920s Paris through to 1990s Ministry Of Magic. Over the two years, Propella invented new canon and an extensive amount of original artwork for a multitude of applications, whilst helping to art direct a team of 10 designers and illustrators.

All work produced at Studio MinaLima is a collaboration of all employees of the company and not the product of one sole designer.
